Design Mockups

We provide up to 3 design proofs. We want to ensure that your personalized custom wood sign is exactly what you want. If changes need to be made to the design, this phase of the design proofs is where it gets done.

Your wood sign must look precisely like you envision before we proceed with your order.

AFTER submitting your order, once you approve the mockup and provide us with instructions to proceed, a deposit is required to start your project.

3D - AI - detailed design complexity

Please note creating 3D designs is a much more involved process than traditional 2D design methods, requiring specialized skills.

If you have an AI design made that exhibits intricate details and a high level of design complexity, our rate for having a 3D design mockup made is set at $100. This fee reflects the time, complexity and attention to detail that is necessary to ensure a high-quality product if your looking for an exact match to the AI design.

Spray Finishing our signs

We spray finish all our wood signs, using an industrial HVLP spray system enclosed booth set up with PPE protection. This is a protective, clear, or coloured coating applied to our signs that enhances appearance, protects against damage, and seals pores. Our signs are expertly finished using the finest sealant spray systems available in the industry.

Each custom wood sign we craft for outdoor use undergoes a meticulous spray sealing process to ensure enduring protection from extreme weather impacts!

We apply specialized industrial spray techniques that are specifically designed for both indoor and outdoor applications!

Our signs thrive in tropical climates and withstand the harshest cold, maintaining their pristine appearance even to this day!

THE LOCATION OF YOUR SIGN WILL DETERMINE IT'S SPRAY APPLICATION

ALL OUTDOOR SIGNS ARE FINISHED WITH AN INDUSTRIAL FULL RANGE POST-CATALYZED 2K ACRYLIC POLYURETHANE SYSTEM , SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.

ALL INDOOR SIGNS ARE ENHANCED BY OUR COMPLETE RANGE OF INDUSTRIAL POST-CATALYZED CONVERSION VARNISH, DESIGNED FOR IT'S FLEXIBILITY & SUPERIOR DURABILITY!

BOTH COATINGS REQUIRE VERY LITTLE TO

ZERO SIGN MAINTENANCE!

SIMPLY WIPE OFF THE DUST REGULARLY TO KEEP THEM LOOKING GREAT AND WELL-MAINTAINED. A quick dusting can make a significant difference in how they appear.

We proudly ship your custom sign to any location across Canada, the U.S, and Internationally.

Please note that shipping fees will apply.

Please note that selecting a wood shipping box crate for your packaging will incur an additional fee.

How it works in detail

By sharing your thoughts, an image or a basic sketch with us, we convert it into an exquisite wood sign.

After evaluating your concept, we will supply 3 complimentary design mockups (3D - AI - detailed design complexity to the exact match of your AI design is $100) with a comprehensive estimate of the associated costs.
Once you approve the estimate, we will request a deposit based on the amount of work required to create your 3D model from the provided image.
After finalizing the 3D design and receiving your deposit, we will select the right type of wood and begin the assembly process. The wood blank then goes through an acclimation phase and machining phase this could take a few days or longer. After it's ready for the detailed carving and painting of your sign.
Typically, the completion of your sign takes about 2 weeks. This depends on the sign size, the design complexity of each sign and it's acclimation period.
The precise timeline may fluctuate based on our current workload at that moment. The intricacy of the design also has an impact on the timeframe. Our ongoing projects in the workshop can also affect the timeline.
