HOW TO ORDER

SEND US AN EMAIL ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CUSTOM WOODEN SIGN. Once we understand your needs THEN, we will SEND YOU SOME FREE DESIGNS TO CHOOSE FROM. 

We work closely with you to deliver precisely the design you want until you are satisfied with the final proof.  Give us some ideas and let us run with it. Your satisfaction is our guarantee.

Design Mockups

There is no charge for a design mockup and no obligation to purchase. we respect your privacy, If we don't hear back from you we will not annoy you with a follow up email.

We provide up to three design proofs, We want to make sure your personalized custom wooden sign is exactly what you want.

AFTER submitting your order, we convert your concept to a professionally designed proof. Your wood sign must look exactly like you imagine before we proceed with your order. Once you approve the mockup and give us instructions to proceed a deposit is required to start your project. 

HERE  ARE  SOME  OF  OUR FREE  DESIGNS  SENT  BY EMAIL  &  THE  FINAL  DESIGN  PICKED. 

YOU MAY ORDER A COMPLETELY CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED WOODen sign DIRECTLY FROM US. TURNAROUND TIME FROM DESIGN TO COMPLETION, IS ABOUT 2 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON DESIGN COMPLEXITY AND OUR WORK LOAD AT THE TIME.

CHOOSE SHAPE AND SIZE

WOOD SIGNS COME IN A VARIETY OF PRE-DESIGNED SHAPES. FOR 2-D OR 3-D SIGNS. THERE ARE LOTS OF SHAPES TO CHOOSE FROM JUST LET US KNOW A SHAPE YOUR AFTER. WE CAN CUSTOMIZE OTHER ELEMENTS, LIKE OVERALL SIZE UP TO 48” X 48”, ARTWORK AND MESSAGES. 

WE ALSO WORK WITH LIVE EDGE WOOD & epoxy filled signs.


FONTS

WE CAN WORK WITH MOST FONTS, AND IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU CAN PROVIDE A SAMPLE AND FONT NAME. WE'LL HUNT DOWN WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FONT IN MIND,WE WILL PROVIDE SAMPLES IN OUR FREE DESIGNS. Lettering can also be filled with epoxy colours in most applications.


ARTWORK

IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANY OF YOUR OWN ARTWORK OR IMAGES IN MIND,  WE HAVE LIBRARY OF ARTWORK TO CHOOSE FROM THAT CAN BE REPRODUCED IN WOOD. 


YOUR MESSAGE

Think about what you would like your sign to say. There is no limit to the number of letters you may add to your custom wood sign.

Finishing

All our custom wooden signs are spray sealed.

We use special industrail spray applications that are designs for indoor & outdoor signage.

THE LOCATION OF YOUR SIGN WILL DETERMINE ITS SPRAY APPLICATION. 

 ALL OUTDOOR SIGNS ARE SEALED WITH OUR INDUSTRIAL FULL RANGE POST-CATALYZED FINISHES, ESPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR EXTREME WEATHER.

ALL INDOOR SIGNS ARE SEALED WITH OUR FULL RANGE OF POST CATALYZED CONVERSION VARNISHES.

BOTH APPLICATIONS HAVE VERY LITTLE TO ZERO SIGN MAINTENANCE, 

JUST WIPE OFF THE DUST.


Pricings, Delivery & Shipping

we can size your sign to fit your budget. Our prices vary depending on size & design complexity. There are additional charges for added designs,  size of the sign,  colour and if it's an outdoor spray application. Once you have determined the above, we can price it out for you. We are sure you will find our pricing very fair for the high quality product you will receive.

DELIVERY TIME

Once you contact us with your sign idea, our goal is to respond with an initial proof as soon as we can. Once the proof is approved,  we do our best to ship your custom carved wood sign within 14-18 business days after completion.

Our shop is located in Norfolk County Ontario, Canada

We can ship your custom sign anywhere in Canada & the U.S, shipping is an additional charge
