It is vital to define your choice of wood, along with the dimensions, shapes, logos, lettering, and graphics, as well as to specify whether the signs will be used indoors or outdoors. Additionally, we provide unique finishes that can enhance the appearance of your 3D sign, whether they are used individually or in conjunction.

  • Painting, to elevate the three-dimensional elements of the sign.

How We Turn Your Idea into a

It all starts with your idea, whether it's a simple sketch, a captivating photograph, or any other materials that effectively convey your vision.  Here’s an illustration of the process.

Following the glue up & machining process, the piece is skillfully carved on our CNC machine and is now prepared for sanding

By sharing an image or a basic sketch with us, we convert it into an exquisite 3D wooden sign.
After evaluating your concept, we will supply complimentary design mockups paired with a comprehensive estimate of the associated costs.

  • Once you approve the estimate, we will request a deposit based on the amount of work required to create your 3D model from the provided image.


  • After finalizing the 3D design and receiving your deposit, we will select the right type of wood and begin the assembly process. The wood blank then goes through an acclimation phase and machining phase this could take a few days or longer.  After it's  ready for the detailed carving and painting of your sign. 


  • Typically, the completion of  your sign takes about 2 weeks. This depends on the size, design complexity of each sign and it's acclimation period.


  • The precise timeline may fluctuate based on our current workload at that moment.  The intricacy of the design also has an impact on the timeframe. Our ongoing projects in the workshop can also affect the timeline.
